Working as a consultant to a leading firm of Chartered Surveyors, we were contracted to NHS Property Services to convert an abandoned geriatric in-patient facility into a modern GP surgery for a regional Healthcare Group. Successfully overcoming the design limitations of an older building, we delivered a scheme that provides the residents of Berkhamsted with a new contemporary Health Centre. Completed during the period of Covid-19 we developed & managed site set-up & procedures to minimise the impact of the disease on the progress of the project.
